For when it's hotter. The "gazpacho I make is very simple:
(For 2 people and 2 days if both people are moderate)
- A fat garlic
- One teaspoon of salt
- A green pepper
- A piece of cucumber (if you like; you can come the flavor in the digestion)
(To beat)
- Previous day's bread soaked in water (half a roll for example)
- Plentiful tomato, skinned and seedless.
(To beat)
- Two or three tablespoons of olive oil
- One teaspoon vinegar
(To beat)
And that's it. Add more or less water as you like thicker or less and stir with a spoon. You can accompany it chopping whatever you want: cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, ham tacos ...
